*Problem Statement*
Ranger installation sets the log dir to '/var/log/ranger'. If user has updated
the log dir to some other location, during install process Ranger setup resets
log directory to '/var/log/ranger'.
Need to allow user to define log dir in a property and use that property as log
dir during Ranger installation.
