I am pleased to announce that Apache Ratis-ThirdParty 1.0.8 has been released. 
This version fix CVE[1]. 

Release Note：
- RATIS-2207. Bump Netty to 4.1.115.Final
- RATIS-2212. Bump grpc to 1.69.0
