I was able to push a snapshot deployment as well.  I double checked the
ticket (which I copied from an example) and it look we just need to have
nexus reflect that Rave is a TLP.  Essentially a metadata change that
probably has no functional impact.

+1 to release as soon as everyone gets their metadata in :)
