1) Remove the conditional import:<script
src="//html5shiv.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/html5.js"> in third_party_js.tag
since Modernizr performs the same function exactly
2) Improve the conditional import of the
//css3-mediaqueries-js.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/css3-mediaqueries.js script in
third_party_js.tag to check for media query support instead of checking for IE
version.
