Currently in the rave_opensocial.js file we attach several helper functions to
the gadget object for rendering a gadget (minimize, maximize, collapse, etc).
It would be useful to have another function that renders the gadget in any
custom view suppied to the function. This would allow custom gadget view types
to be utilized if they aren't part of the OS spec.
