Hi Jed,
The page sharing within Rave has been implemented now, though the export/import
aspect is still at an early stage. There is also http://omdl.org which is
working on a file format for workspaces and gadget layouts that relates to this
issue.
I'm not sure where we're up to with templates yet though?
