Since replies seem to be on the increase on this list... It seems like the method for naming the SQLite file is broken... it tries to use the graph's description URL as the filename, which is practically guaranteed to not be a valid filename.
Am I missing the right way to specify the filename for a SQLite db, or does this just need to be fixed? FWIW, I think a method for specifying a filename is necessary; I don't think it should be computed automatically.
