Hi, The email aims to introduce ourselves and share an overview of our project.
My name is Mariana Larrañaga. I am a second-year student in the Food Science department. I am working with Amoolya, a first-year CS master's student. We are UC Davis students who are currently working on the project Arrayán. Arrayán is a Food Supply Chain application built on the blockchain fabric of Resilient DB that tracks the products, by-products (peels, seeds, stems, etc.), and process history through the Food Supply Chain. The aim of the application is to trace for sustainability. The project started in the Fall of 2023 in collaboration with Resilient DB and UC Davis Winery. We are currently working on the optimization of the application and the implementation of important features aimed at the food industry.
