Hi folks, I created a PR (https://github.com/apache/incubator-resilientdb/pull/150) to: 1. Add ASF header in files where it's missing 2. Add dev/check-license script to download and launch rat to check the headers
I think it's sufficient for the next release. After the release, I can improve the process by executing check-license in bazel or at least document how/when to run the script. Thoughts ? Regards JB
