I slightly modified the project intro part of the report, to read: > Ripple is a browser based mobile phone emulator designed to aid in the > development of HTML5 based mobile applications. Ripple entered the > Incubator in October 2012. I.e. just use the first intro sentence for brevity, and add a note on when Ripple started incubation. I also added a mention that in addition to the ICLAs we have all the committer accounts in place. Since these modifications were pretty simple, I assume Christian's sign-off still applies.
