This was a feature developed in the past, and needs to be finalized, cleaned up
(?), documented (if possible), reviewed, and merged in.
Before this project was officially contributed to the incubator, there was a
GitHub Pull Request up on the old (now defunct) repository:

The branch for that is located at:

There is also a companion application to go along with this feature:
https://github.com/gtanner/ripple-companion
The companion app may need to be moved (?), depending on what is necessary to
get the feature into the project.
