Hey David, I'm sure we (all) can try and help :-), however, this is technically a BlackBerry issue because the codebase for the B&D stuff and how it is packaged together from Ripple's repo is internal, and I, for one, do not have access to that or the releases, but.. there are these current threads about it and workarounds that I know of:

You should be able to use the NPM package and Chrome Store extension for the time being, as well, although it does not have the Build & Deploy.
