Now that Ripple's Git mirror is up on Apache's GitHub page (yay!), we should
probably figure out a workflow documentation for contributing to the project.
Last time Dan (Silivestru) was talking to me about this, he suggested something
akin to what Cordova has (http://wiki.apache.org/cordova/ContributorWorkflow).
