Sorry Raymond. I'm not sure. Ripple is on the furthest of my "back burners" :-(. I seem to recall Gord (?) may have recently started getting the ball rolling again with that, but I could be wrong.
FWIW, There are some Jira issues related to release that need to be completed, as well (ex Apache RAT tool<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RIPPLE-6>). And there are some threads around in the archives that mention what else we still need to do (mainly, ASF oriented stuff I recall).
