Ok, doing some digging here. I've got a project from a few weeks back that is a slightly older version of Cordova.
When I run ripple there, it outputs: Cordova 3.0 Project detected... and this is NOT detected in my latest Cordova project. I'm running a ripple form source now and doing debugging, so hopefully I can find (maybe even fix ;) the issue.
