When the ripple is started from a directory that is not the emulated project,
{{cordoba prepare}} would always fail (rightfully so) because ripple attempts
to run it on the current working directory and not on the project. This is
inconvenient and unnecessary.
An example of the command line which would fail to properly prepare the project:
