Server hangs when using ripple emulate --remote http://localhost:9000
I'm using it along with a grunt connect server with livereload, serving the
app, a direct call to the app server on localhost:9000 is fine.
Sometimes upon refreshing the ripple emulator in the browser it will load,
sometimes it wont and there doesn't appear to be a pattern. The Ripple server
will just hang after the following log entry:
Remote proxy: Retrieve -> http://localhost:9000/
It will eventually present the Wait or Fire screen, sometimes Fire brings it
back, other times it doesn't.
