I would also be interested in keeping this project alive in github. I would also like to see if we can continue to keep the name - "Ripple". I plan to send a mail to [email protected] to confirm that Apache does not own the trademark - Ripple. If Apache does not, do we have contacts in blackberry that we could reach out to ?

There are a few formal requirments, like also saying "$X is not related with Apache Ripple etc" anymore. Here is some guidance, but in general i think its all just saying clearly what it is and what not. https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3a%2f%2fapache.org%2ffoundation%2fmarks%2f%23guidelines&data=01%7c01%7cRoss.Gardler%40microsoft.com%7cee0adee1d9a5475a865408d2fa6656e7%7c72f988bf86f141af91ab2d7cd011db47%7c1&sdata=2Yyic0ID%2bdMwiGPHAquMqR1GJxw0FmN8XTULQXqovaw%3d On Tue, Dec 1, 2015, at 16:27, Raymond Camden wrote: > Oh thats cool.
