The svn move has now happened, see revision 1069292 [1].
As noted by Niclas, the switch command I gave earlier was incorrect.
The correct one (for jtsk/trunk) is simply:
svn switch https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/river/jtsk/trunk
I'll update the Git mirror at git://git.apache.org/river.git, and I
believe Greg volunteered to update the Hudson/Jenkins config.
