Ubuntu arm JDK7 multiple test failures, that appear to be related to a stale lookup service process,
this may not be Reggie as there is a Reggie clone in the QA suite as well a discovery simulation, that all use the same port.
Probably need to find a swallowed interrupt.
N.B. 2.2.1 will be the first River release that officially supports Windows.
