Yes, river dev is very quiet, I'm sure there are people here willing to review a release, they're probably just tied up elsewhere, haven't noticed etc, when we can get the required three people to volunteer to review the release, I'll put up another vote. I'm hoping this result will get their attention, so they can make their presence known.

I think it's quiet because experimental development is happening elsewhere at present, clearly it needs to come back to the project, participation is very beneficial and I don't think anyone enjoys developing in isolation. Getting to that point will take time, there's over 3 years of development effort, although nearing completion, it needs to be submitted incrementally and reviewed over a number of releases, so hopefully that will get some interest.
