评论：各组建分散，比如broker，nameservice等各自一个kind，无法整体查看rocketmq集群状态。比如成熟的eck
operator，可以通过kubectl get elastic 查看es集群状态。
role尽可能替换为clusterrole，减少跨集群用户自己写clusterrole的麻烦。
