[ISSUE#4552](https://github.com/apache/rocketmq/issues/4552) ## What is the purpose of the change When the upstream sending message traffic is too large, the threadpool executor will directly refuse to execute and throw MQClientException. I consider to build a backpressure mechanism through offering message to blockqueue when rejected. Within the timeout allowed by the client, the SDK needs to block the sending operation. This mechanism can refer to [stackoverflow-link](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5585927/is-adding-tasks-to-blockingqueue-of-threadpoolexecutor-advisable?accessToken=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIsImtpZCI6ImRlZmF1bHQiLCJ0eXAiOiJKV1QifQ.eyJhdWQiOiJhY2Nlc3NfcmVzb3VyY2UiLCJleHAiOjE2NTY1NTk3ODcsImZpbGVHVUlEIjoiZXJBZFB3bFBLNWh3SjJBRyIsImlhdCI6MTY1NjU1OTQ4NywidXNlcklkIjo4MDMyMDYzNn0.OAbQvE5zuBmsb8KSP7x6kN3MNS5Ki9TZoepgJOCm2nU) ## Brief changelog 1. add back pressure mechanism by offering message to blockqueue when rejected. 2. add asySendBlockMode parameter in ClientConfig to let user decide whether to enable this mode. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
