May be we can set a smaller value such as 200 for LinkedBlockingQueue which is set for target ThreadPoolExecutor.Also set the RejectedExecutionHandler as CallerRunsPolicy. In this way, when the BlockingQueue size gets to 200, ThreadPoolExecutor will start new threads to help. If the threads quantity becomes consumeThreadMax, and the blocking queue is full, the new message will be processed by the thread who submits tasks.
