docker version:19.03.12
启动命令：docker run -d --name rmqnamesrv -p 9876:9876 --network bridge
apache/rocketmq:5.3.2 sh mqnamesrv
日志：Error occurred during initialization of VM
Cannot create VM thread. Out of system resources.
新版本docker可以正常运行，老版本的docker可否通过调整参数来支持呢
