Hi, No issue here but just a note on binding votes.
For top level project only PMC members have binding votes on releases, for incubator projects on the PPMC there's not really any binding vote as such but it’s expected that you need 3 +1 votes from anyone on the PPMC. Once the vote goes to the incubator then only IPMC votes are binding, sometime IPMC members may carry over their votes from the poddling dev list to the incubator vote. I've seen some projects count binding votes as PPMC members votes and some count IPMC votes, it can be a little confusing, so you might want to make it clear what sort of “binding” votes they are next time and mention how many PPMC members voted +1.
