I suppose, that a problem migh be in site settings. Roller front page is displayed, when I open it with http://www.winsum.ws/roller/index.jsp, regardles to ignore word list. But when I open it with http://www.winsum.ws/roller/, error page 403 is diplayed.

As far as I know, the only times Roller will return a 403 are 1) when an incoming request has a referrer header that matches an ignore word and 2) when comment throttling is enabled and a IP address has been banned. You might want to try saving a copy of your ignore word list in a file somewhere, clearing the one in Roller and then watching to see if the error happens again. If not, then you know that one of your ignore words was too broad. - Dave
