I've been working with Ganesh on the Media Blogging for Roller project
over the past semester. He (and co-author Tanuja) have been doing
great work and have put together a very complete plan and design for

Ganesh just submitted and I accepted (in the media blogging branch) an
extensive and excellent patch that includes the database changes,
managers, POJOs and actions. The patch shows how well Ganesh
understands the Roller architecture, coding styles and idioms. In
addition to this patch Ganesh has been helpful on the mailing list and
has submitted patches for other, non-media blogging related fixes. He
knows Roller and understands the Apache way; I think he would be a
great addition to the project.
