If you have email notifications turned on then you will get an email that tells you about each comment on your blog. For spam comments we tell you why the comment was marked as spam.
I get mails like this all day long: This comment failed validation for these reasons: * Comment has more than 3 links * Comment has more than 1000 characters * Akismet service (akismet.com) says comment is spam Take a look at the installation manual, and the roller.properties section. There are some spam related settings you can override in your roller-custom.properties file, like the number of links allowed, number of characters, etc. Blog owners can mark, unmark and delete comments and spam on the Comment Management page.
