Update grabber.sh links?

Hi Dave, I plan on adding something in our Wiki to explain how to do 
blog backups using the Grabber.sh from your RSS&Atom book (in order to 
close https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ROL-388).  I just made a 
note here: 
http://www.manning-sandbox.com/thread.jspa?threadID=56795&tstart=0 
though that the source code links for the book are broken.  Would be 
able to get the source rehosted at a different site so people can obtain 
it again?
