Empty out the blacklist.txt?

Team, I'd like to empty out our MovableType blacklist.txt file (keep it 
there for end users to add entries if they wish, but otherwise empty 
it), it's hasn't been updated since August 2005 and there are no updates 
available (either newer technologies than static lists are used today or 
the math question along with comment moderation is good enough to stop 
most spammers) and I'm sure most of the list's 3100+ entries are dead 
today.  Any problem with that?
