OK. I went ahead and switched to Tomcat 9 for now so I could get my
site up and running (https://www.philliprhodes.name/roller if anybody
wants to follow along). I'll see if I can find some time to start
poking at what it would take to make things work on Tomcat 10+. No
promises, but if I can come up with the cycles I may at least be able
to take a stab at it.
