Two small changes to how a weblog's description (About) is handled: - `Utilities.removeHTML` now drops a tag that is never closed, such as `text <img src=x`. A `<` that does not start a tag, as in `a < b`, is kept as text. - The Your Weblogs page prints the description as text instead of as HTML. The description is plain text after `removeHTML`, so nothing visible changes. `UtilitiesTest` covers both kinds of `<`.
