`NewUserJourneyIT` failed once in CI (db-oidc job) in `assertPublishingTimeOnOneLine`: the three publishing time selects sat at different heights. The test read their positions one at a time while the advanced settings panel was still opening. - The test now waits for the panel's `shown.bs.collapse` event before it measures. - It reads the hours, minutes and seconds positions in one pass, so the page cannot move between readings. Tested: `NewUserJourneyIT` passes locally against Jetty with the in-memory database (one run). Test-only change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
