A redesign of the media library and file upload pages for Roller 7. The changes in this PR are mostly about: - Finding files: a grid of equal-size previews or a list view, a folder sidebar, one search box that can search this folder or all folders, one-click type chips (Image, Video, Audio, Others), a sort menu and paging for large folders. - Organizing files: checkboxes appear on a preview when you point at it, and a selection bar replaces the toolbar while files are selected, with *Move to* a folder and *Delete*. Each file has a details page for its URL, description, tags and folder. - Uploading: one picker with drag and drop, up to 20 files at a time, a result for each file, and *Retry failed files*. A file's description is used as alt text when it is inserted into an entry. Tested locally: the unit tests and the Playwright UI suite pass, including a new `WeblogMediaLibraryIT` with 9 tests for the media pages. The user guide is updated; its old media screenshots are no longer referenced and need replacing.
