The builds should not be taking 3 hours. They never did before. There could be something wrong with the build machine, the network, or the snapshot repo. Feel free to ask builds.a.o. I'm not going to spend any time looking at it. You are also welcome to setup Maven builds without snapshot deployment on the apacheroyale CI server.
