I think I have this working correctly.  I also fixed up a bunch of other 
issues.  Wait until the CI server catches up and try it again to verify.  If it 
does, then I think you are all clear to start the release.

    That link is from the main royale-asjs build that builds both a js-swf 
package and a js (only) package.  The link is for the js-only package.  The 
royale-asjs-jsonly build also builds a js-only package but uses a different set 
of Ant tasks and I think it has been wrong for a while.
