IMO, unless you can show that the FSF agrees that the d.ts file is correctly 
licensed under MIT, my recommendation is to not include GPL APIs in 
royale-typedefs.  It is totally fine for there to be a non-ASF place (or many 
places) where folks can get typedefs for libraries under different licenses.  
Maybe the Moonshine folks would be kind enough to set up a distribution area 
for typedefs.

I believe court cases have ruled that APIs aren't copyrightable, but I'd rather 
just avoid the controversy.
