I just took a quick look and don't see the defaults.css in the SWC.  Hopefully 
you can figure out how to adjust the pom so that it gets included.

    I can't guarantee when I will have time to look into it.  Maybe someone 
else can.  Did you verify that the Graphics.SWC has the CSS in it?
