If you can get it to work on a class or function that's fine with me.  I only 
implemented it for constructor because the ASDoc for the constructor is 
retained in the output JS for the publisher to gather and inject.   I was too 
lazy to figure out how to retain it for the class ASDoc or function ASDoc.
