Last night I got an email from MS Azure saying that my subscription was re-enabled and to start the VM again. So I guess this month we ran out of the free monthly resource allocation with about 48 hours to go. Volunteers are welcome to snoop around the VM to see if there are some services or jobs that don't need to be running. We'll see if it happens again next month.
