I can't compile the all framework

Hi,

For months that I can't build the all framework with ant -all
I get the following error:

If I comment out the //observer = new
IntersectionObserver(handleItemIntersection ... from the InfiniteScroller.as
it compiles again.

There is no IntersectionObserver.as in the source and this is the reason
ant fails.
