This PR has been merged, but given that other PRs were merged before it,
the commit IDs on master are different from the ones on the PR, so GitHub is
unable to automatically close it.
Even if I rebase the PR's branch locally on the master just before merging,
and the resulting commit IDs are different.
I wonder if there is any way to handle this issue in a clean way.
