Hi,

I'm trying to reach developer's guide but the link gives error 404.
"https://samoa.incubator.apache.org/SAMOA-Developers-Guide-0-3-0.pdf";

I've checkout version 0.4.0, by the way; but it still looks like 0.3.0.
