This code allows to manage multi-label instances for multi-label and
multi-target learning.
I checked the code, and it's OK for me.

I checked the difference in speed using the instances, and it seems that
there is no difference in reading from a file, copying an instance, or getting
values of an attribute inside an Instance. It seems that there is a difference
on obtaining the class value of an instance, but it is not large.
