Based on the result, we are going to cut a release for 0.13.1 and including all tickets in the list for 0.13.1 ( https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%2012314526%20AND%20fixVersion%20%3D%2012340845%20ORDER%20BY%20priority%20DESC%2C%20key%20ASC).
