Samza 1840: Refactor TestRunner Apis to use StreamDescriptor and
SystemDescriptor
CollectionStream -> InMemoryInputDescriptor & InMemoryOutputDescriptor
CollectionStreamSystemSpec -> InMemorySystemDescriptor
