For page updates -- agreed. For things like tooling, tracking, etc, I'd
rather go through JIRA so everyone is aware.

My most recent site changes were tracking and site map, which people might
not notice since they're not user-visible (and consequently wouldn't have
an opportunity to provide feedback on). For example, maybe everyone wants
to use Chartbeat instead of Google analytics?

Anyway, point taken. I'll commit at my discretion.
