Hi Chris, Not that I am some expert on RB, but I have used it for 2 years. There is no "cleanup" thingy in RB... its just close [0]. Over a period of time, there would be a bunch of these "submitted" tickets and "open" ones (just like [1]). Toggling between "show submitted" and "hide submitted" is the way to focus on the open ones.
