Hey Sonali, Did you run the bin/grid script? Details are here:
http://samza.incubator.apache.org/startup/hello-samza/0.7.0/ Samza is not currently in any public Maven repo (that I know of), so you need to build and release it locally to your ~/.m2 cache. This can be accomplished by checking out Samza and running: ./gradlew -PscalaVersion=2.10 clean publishToMavenLocal The bin/grid script runs this automatically.
